Method to Save a Website Link on Computer Desktop and Mobile Home Screen

On computer, open the target website page in Chrome or Edge browser.

Restore down the window from the button on top right. Highlight the link in address bar.

Now, click and hold the link and drag it to the desktop screen and drop it. The link is saved on computer screen.

Next time, simply click the link on screen and it will quickly open in default browser.

On mobile phone, open the website in browser. Click ‘three dots’ on the top right and select ‘Add to Home screen’ option.
